Special Event Assistant (part-time): This position requires a desire to learn, an eye for detail and a concierge level of customer service with behind-the-scenes and front-of-house responsibilities.
Job duties primarily include assistance with seating charts and wait lists; venue and green room set-up/tear down; supplies and materials maintenance; ticket sales; phone/email support and patron greeting/ushering.
One year of experience in retail, hotel/restaurant, box office or closely related field is preferred. Cash handling experience is required. Previous experience in event planning highly desirable.
Position will include some evenings and weekends. Boca Grande bridge pass included.
