Now in his 8th year returning to Boca Grande, Martin Walker explores the possible outcomes and implications of Ukraine, Putin, and Europe. With patterns at the forefront: Once again, Europe faces a dictator with territorial ambitions in Europe and an ally in Asia. Once again, Europe is disunited, economically battered, and politically divided. Once again, Europe realizes that it will need the USA. What comes next?
