Regain balance and stability through gentle range-of-motion exercises that target your ankle, knee and hip joints. Whether you prefer sitting or standing, our trained instructor will guide you through a workout that goes beyond just mobility movements. We provide a sturdy chair and a fun, supportive atmosphere to help you achieve a stable and able body.
